The agreement between you and Dreamscape Journey
By making a booking with Dreamscape Journey, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Booking & Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the booking deposit and written confirmation from Dreamscape Journey via email or WhatsApp.
- Verbal confirmations or informal messages do not constitute a booking confirmation.
- All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are valid for 48 hours from the date of quotation, after which they may be subject to change based on hotel/airline availability and pricing.
- Package prices are based on the number of travellers specified at the time of booking. Any change in traveller count may affect pricing.
2. Passports, Visas & Travel Documents
- It is the sole responsibility of each traveller to hold a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of return travel.
- For international travel, it is the traveller's responsibility to obtain all necessary visas. While Dreamscape Journey may assist with visa guidance and documentation, we do not guarantee visa approval as this is entirely at the discretion of the respective country's embassy or immigration authority.
- Dreamscape Journey is not responsible for any denied entry, visa rejection or delays caused by immigration authorities.
- Travellers are responsible for ensuring they meet all health and vaccination requirements for their destination.
3. Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all domestic and international trips and is mandatory for certain packages.
- Dreamscape Journey is not responsible for any losses, medical expenses, trip interruptions or cancellations that would typically be covered by travel insurance.
- We can assist in recommending travel insurance providers on request.
4. Package Inclusions & Exclusions
- Package inclusions and exclusions are as specifically stated in your confirmed quotation. Nothing outside the stated inclusions is covered.
- Unless specifically stated, packages do not include personal expenses, tips, optional activities, meals not mentioned, minibar usage, laundry, room service or any other personal charges at hotels.
- Flight prices are subject to airline availability and may change between quotation and booking confirmation.
5. Changes to Bookings
- Requests to change travel dates, hotel room categories or itinerary elements after booking confirmation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Name changes on airline tickets may not be possible and may require new ticket purchase at the prevailing fare.
- Dreamscape Journey reserves the right to modify an itinerary in the event of force majeure, severe weather, natural disasters, civil unrest, airline schedule changes or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Responsibilities & Liability
- Dreamscape Journey acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, ground operators, visa agents). We are not responsible for the acts, omissions or default of these service providers.
- Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the total amount paid to Dreamscape Journey for that specific booking.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property, personal injury or illness occurring during the trip.
- Clients who behave in a manner that endangers others or disrupts services may be removed from tours without refund.
7. Force Majeure
Dreamscape Journey is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, political unrest, strikes, government travel advisories, war, terrorism, or airline/hotel closures. In such cases, we will endeavour to assist with rebooking or credit notes, but cash refunds may be subject to third-party supplier policies.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
β Cancellation & Refund Policy
What happens if you need to cancel your booking
β οΈ Please read this section carefully before making a booking. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations.
Standard Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to contact@journeydreamscape.com or WhatsApp message to +91 6303046488. Cancellations are effective from the date of written receipt, not the date of verbal communication.

π Please note: The above refund amounts are from the total package amount paid to Dreamscape Journey and are subject to deduction of any non-refundable amounts charged by airlines, hotels or other third-party providers. Non-refundable elements (such as certain airline tickets, some peak season hotel bookings and visa fees) will be deducted before calculating the refund amount.
Peak Season & Special Events
Bookings made during peak travel seasons (Diwali, ChristmasβNew Year, summer school holidays), long weekends or special events may have stricter cancellation terms. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking and will take precedence over the standard policy above.
International Packages
International package cancellations are additionally subject to the cancellation policies of international airlines, overseas hotels and foreign ground operators. These third-party policies may be stricter than our standard policy and may result in reduced or zero refunds regardless of the notice period given.
Visa Application Fees
Visa application fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the embassy or visa agency, regardless of the outcome (approval, rejection or withdrawal).
Cancellation by Dreamscape Journey
In the rare event that Dreamscape Journey cancels a trip due to circumstances within our control, clients will receive a full refund of the amount paid to us (subject to non-refundable third-party costs) or the option to rebook on an alternate date at no additional cost.
If a trip is cancelled due to force majeure (natural disasters, government advisories, pandemics etc.), we will endeavour to provide a credit note or reschedule, but cash refunds are subject to what we can recover from third-party providers.
Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds are processed within 7β14 business days of cancellation confirmation
- Refunds are made to the original payment method (bank account, UPI source, etc.)
- Bank processing times may add 3β5 additional business days
- International refunds may take up to 21 business days

How payments are made and processed
Payment Schedule
- Booking Deposit: 25β30% of total package cost is required to confirm the booking and hold all reservations.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 14β21 days before the departure date. For bookings made within 21 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Peak Season: For trips during peak periods (Diwali, Christmas, New Year, summer holidays), full payment may be required at the time of booking.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS) to our registered business account
- UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
- Cheque (subject to clearance before booking confirmation)
- Credit/Debit card payments (where available β 2% processing fee applies)
GST & Invoicing
All tour packages are subject to GST as per applicable Indian tax regulations. GST at the applicable rate is either included in the quoted price or added separately β this will be clearly stated in your quotation. Full GST-compliant tax invoices are provided for all payments. Corporate clients requiring input tax credit should inform us at the time of booking.
Currency & Pricing
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. International package prices include foreign currency elements (hotel stays, transfers, activities) which may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations. While we endeavour to hold quoted prices, significant currency movements (more than 5%) may require price adjustments, which will be communicated to you before any additional charges are applied.
π‘ Tip: Book early to lock in current prices. Tour package prices β particularly for international destinations β can increase as departure dates approach and availability reduces.

Dreamscape Journey recommends checking the Ministry of External Affairs (Government of India) travel advisories and the destination country's official immigration website before travel. We do not recommend travel to destinations under active government travel warnings.
