1. Quotes and bookings

All quotes shared by Dreamscape Journey are estimates based on prevailing rates of hotels, airlines and transport partners. Final prices are confirmed at the time of booking and may vary with availability and season.

2. Payments

A booking confirmation requires an advance payment as agreed at the time of quote acceptance. Full payment is typically required 30 days before departure.

3. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation charges depend on supplier policies (hotels, airlines) and are communicated at the time of booking. We do not levy any additional cancellation fee beyond supplier policy.

4. Force majeure

Dreamscape Journey is not liable for losses or delays caused by natural calamities, political unrest, pandemics, airline strikes, or any other events beyond our control.

5. Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended and can be arranged on request. It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure adequate coverage.

6. Liability

We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers. We are not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers but will do everything possible to resolve issues.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
