Booking Policy:

- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation upon payment.
- A minimum deposit may be required to secure reservations.
- Clients must provide accurate information at the time of booking.

Payment Policy:
- 50% advance Payment at the time of booking rest payment can be done before 15 days of travel date for domestic trips.
- 50% advance Payment at the time of booking rest payment can be done 30 days prior to travel date for International trips.
- Full payment must be made before ticket issuance or trip commencement.
- Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods.
- Late payments may result in booking cancellations or penalties.

CANCELLATION POLICY :
No Refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations. However,- If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

Modification Policy:
- Changes to bookings may incur additional charges.
- Modifications are subject to availability and supplier terms.

Travel Documentation Policy:
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any other required documentation.
- The agency is not liable for denied boarding due to improper documentation.

Travel Insurance Policy:
- Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost baggage.
- The agency can assist in arranging travel insurance but is not responsible for policy claims.

Liability & Responsibility Policy:
- The agency acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers and is not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, or losses.
- Clients acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks and agree to hold the agency harmless for any travel disruptions.

Pricing Policy:
- Prices are subject to change without notice due to exchange rates, airline fare adjustments, fuel surcharges, or other factors.
- Once payment is made, the price is locked unless stated otherwise.

Health & Safety Policy:
- Travelers must comply with health regulations and vaccination requirements for their destinations.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet medical requirements before departure.

Force Majeure Policy:
- The agency is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.
- In such cases, the agency will assist in rescheduling or obtaining refunds where possible but cannot guarantee compensation.

Code of Conduct Policy:
- Travelers must adhere to local laws and cultural norms at their destinations.
- The agency reserves the right to refuse service to clients who engage in illegal or disruptive behavior.

Dispute Resolution Policy:
- Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration under the laws of the agency’s operating jurisdiction.
- Legal action, if necessary, must be taken in the agency’s registered location.
